Glasgow Museums holds a striking collection of historic shipping posters, including a particularly strong group of Anchor Line designs held at the Riverside Museum. Created to promote journeys from Glasgow to destinations around the world, these colourful posters capture the glamour, optimism and spirit of travel in the early 20th century.
