Success in National Exhibition

11th February 2014: A landscape painting by gallery artist Jonathan Smith has been selected from a record number of entries to appear alongside paintings by some of Britain's leading figurative artists. This year, over 1,300 works were submitted to the exhibition. The Royal Society of British Artists annual exhibition will be on display at the Mall Galleries near Trafalgar Square from 5th - 15th March 2014.

The Royal Society of British Artists hold an open submission exhibition in central London each yar. Founded in 1823, the Royal Society of British Artists was establised to help artists display their work in Central London. Today, the Society prides itself on exhibiting an eclectic mix of sculpture and paintings in all media with an emphasis on the highest standards of skill and draughtmanship as well as concept and expression.

Visit the Mall Galleries to see this wonderful tree painting by Jonathan Smith on display. open 5th - 15th March form 10 am - 5pm daily (closes 1 pm on final day)
