Helen Wiseman - watercolourist

22nd May 2012: We're delighted to sign the established artist Helen Wiseman, illustrator and greeting-cards designer. Her fluid watercolours are traditional yet still express scenes and atmosphere which are current for today's market. Helen initially trained as a children's book illustrator. Helen's inspirations come from her children, her love of travel and her enjoyment of drawing from life (first experienced during her time at Falmouth). Using traditional methods of ink and watercolour, Helen's work has adapted a very loose painterly style and subject matter is broad, from dinosaurs to ballet, sailing to farmyard, beachhuts to giraffes....
