12th July 2012; We were thrilled to see samples of Pomegranate 2013 calendars arrive last week. Both feature work from the vast and exciting collections of Glasgow Museums.

The first, has expanded the range of Pomegranate's usual Mackintosh calendar to show case the work of 8 other leading artists within the flourishing art community in Glasgow from about 1890 - 1920. Great to see Mackintosh's work in the context of Scotland's contribution to the Arts and Crafts movement as a whole.
The second calendar - Costumes Parisiens 192 -13 - features pochoir prints from Journal des dames et des modes showing women attired in the fashions of the day. The prints include work by George Barbier, Pierre Legrain and Robert Pichenot among others. The work is bold, graphic and up to the minute.
Images from both these calendars are available for license on other product - just contact us!
