Aleksei's work has a unique sense of humour and he creates dream like worlds inhabited by a cast of little monsters and patterns that come from his subconscious mind. His influences include Russian illustrators and animators and Tove Jansson and the Moomin Trolls.

Anna Chernyshova graduated from Cambridge School of Art's prestigious MA in Children's Book Illustration in 2015. Anna's little daughter constantly inspires her illustrations Anna takes her inspiration from Soviet and American illustrators of the 1920's to 50's. She's also inspired by the world around her and loves to sketch the places, people and animals that she observes on a daily basis

Anna Chernyshova enjoys creating paintings in acrylic during any downtime in her schedule. This is such a different look to her illustration style that it warranted a separate gallery and a separate name! Anna paints her acrylics under the Anna Cherna name.

Brian Sweet's flat, graphic style of painting references the railway posters of the 1930's. He uses high contrast, saturated colours and expansive, often idyllic imagery. His lush landscapes, quaint village scenes and stately castles evoke a timeless yet nostalgic style.

After many years working as an in-house artist for the greetings card industry she has now established herself as a freelance illustrator.
